Why hydration

Hydration is the underrated foundation of energy, recovery, and health.

I place particular emphasis on hydration in client work. The impact of water, mineral balance, and electrolytes on cognition, recovery, sleep quality, digestion, and long-term health is consistently underestimated. Even small, sustained shifts in this area tend to produce unexpectedly large results.

BSc Nutritional Sciences, MSc Molecular Nutrition candidate at the University of Vienna, with clinical and public-health experience in Czech institutions. Individual, long-term, no shortcuts.

  • A holistic approach means looking at the body and health as a connected system rather than focusing on only one symptom or goal. Instead of looking only at calories or weight, I also consider hydration, sleep, stress, recovery, movement, digestion, nervous system balance, daily habits, and overall lifestyle — because all of these factors influence how we feel, perform, recover, and age.

  • Both. Consultations take place online, in person in Prague, or hybrid — whichever fits your situation and goals best.

  • Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled at least 12 hours in advance. Later cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full.

  • Payment is made in advance by bank transfer. After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with instructions and a short pre-consultation questionnaire. Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.
