Privacy policy
Your privacy and personal data are one of the most sensitive parts of our work together.
The data controller is Anna Friedl, company ID 09906975, contact anna@annafriedl.cz. I process only the data you provide yourself, to the extent necessary to deliver nutrition guidance.
The assessment form also asks about your health (conditions, medication, digestive issues). This is a special category of personal data under Article 9 GDPR, and I process it solely on the basis of your explicit consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw consent at any time at the email above; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out beforehand.
The form runs on Tally (Tally BV, Belgium), which acts as my processor and stores the data within the European Union. Completed forms are kept for the duration of our work together and for a maximum of 3 years afterwards, then deleted. I do not pass your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.cz). Contact me by email with any request.
