A holistic approach means looking at the body and health as a connected system rather than focusing on only one symptom or goal. Instead of looking only at calories or weight, I also consider hydration, sleep, stress, recovery, movement, digestion, nervous system balance, daily habits, and overall lifestyle — because all of these factors influence how we feel, perform, recover, and age.
Both. Consultations take place online, in person in Prague, or hybrid — whichever fits your situation and goals best.
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled at least 12 hours in advance. Later cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full.
Payment is made in advance by bank transfer. After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with instructions and a short pre-consultation questionnaire. Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.
No. I provide general nutrition and lifestyle guidance, not clinical nutrition therapy or medical care. If you have a diagnosed condition or take medication, please consult your physician and healthcare team. My work is meant to complement medical care, never to replace it.
