Hydration is one of those areas where small, consistent changes produce surprisingly large results. It's not just about water volume — mineral balance, electrolytes, timing, and context (coffee, alcohol, training, heat) all matter.

I repeatedly see clients improve daily energy, sleep quality, post-training recovery, focus, and digestion just by improving hydration. It isn't magic — it's physiology.

In practice we start simply: morning hydration, sensible sodium intake, and intentional handling of drinks that dehydrate. Most other changes build from this foundation.
